* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Core Competencies: Advanced financial modeling, financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment evaluation.
* Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), divestment activities within the power or infrastructure sectors, or a background in Big 4 consulting firms.
