## Role Overview: CoC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team as a Chain of Custody (CoC) Data Management Specialist. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of forestry operations by ensuring administrative precision and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following key functions:
* Administrative Oversight: Managing and monitoring the Forest Product Production Reports (LHP).
* Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of production data to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
* Systems Management: Inputting data and monitoring activity within the SIPUHH Online system and Woodtracking software.
* Reporting: Compiling routine reports related to forest product administration.
* Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC) protocols to ensure adherence to company standards.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience: Open to high-potential fresh graduates; however, candidates with at least one year of experience in forestry administration or forest product management are preferred.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
* Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of regulations and procedures governing forest product management.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, paired with the capacity to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Work Ethic: Strong ability to function independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
