## Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet a comprehensive set of general and specific requirements to ensure they possess the necessary experience and professional integrity to lead these critical government sectors.
General Qualifications
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Must currently hold the status of a Civil Servant (PNS).
* Must provide medical clearance from a government hospital or physician certifying physical and mental fitness.
* Must demonstrate high technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies aligned with the specific standards of the applied role.
* Must possess a clean professional record, including:
* Satisfactory performance ratings over the last two years.
* No record of medium or severe disciplinary sanctions within the last five years.
* Freedom from any active administrative or financial findings.
* Must not have any affiliations with banned organizations.
* Must have submitted their annual tax return (SPT) for at least the most recent tax year.
Specific Requirements
* Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years of age.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV.
Rank: Minimum rank of Pembina Tingkat I* (IV/b).
* Experience: A cumulative minimum of five years of experience in fields related to the target position.
Leadership Track: Currently holding or previously having held an administrator position or a Functional Position (JF) at the Ahli Madya* level for at least two years.
* Leadership Training: Priority is given to candidates who have completed and passed the National Leadership Training Level III (PKN III).
