Based in the Greenland International Industry Center (GIIC), Cikarang, we are a leading manufacturer of premium excavator attachments, including the renowned Taguchi brand. Our facility spans 7,000 square meters, featuring a 3,550-square-meter state-of-the-art production floor dedicated to engineering excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our growing team in Bekasi.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Production Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
* Production Planning: Developing comprehensive production schedules and machine maintenance timelines.
* Performance Monitoring: Overseeing daily production workflows to ensure all output targets are met consistently.
* Process Optimization: Analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics while proposing actionable programs to enhance performance.
* Standardization: Drafting, reviewing, and updating Work Instructions and critical process parameters.
* Problem Solving: Conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing disruptions and implementing long-term corrective actions.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed performance reports with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all operations adhere strictly to SOPs, quality standards, and internal company regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with relevant departments to streamline production workflows and machine maintenance.
## Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a blend of technical expertise and analytical precision. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Production Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
3. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
4. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational maintenance protocols.
5. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to perform productivity analysis, measure process efficiency, and apply Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
6. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
7. IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
