We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial professional, you will act as the vital bridge between our cutting-edge sanitation solutions and our clients' operational success in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels at client sites, ensuring zero stock-outs, preventing expired goods, and strictly implementing the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system.
* Maintain a ready supply of replacement spare parts to support uninterrupted client operations.
* Deliver exceptional technical customer service, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and training staff on correct equipment and product usage according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct regular client visits fully equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits.
* Perform site surveys and draft detailed preliminary reports prior to machinery or equipment installation.
* Execute professional equipment installations and ensure workspaces are impeccably cleaned upon completion.
* Remind and assist clients in completing Customer Satisfaction Forms.
* Compile and submit systematic daily activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar technical or commercial role.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT Support Staff plays a critical role in maintaining the technological infrastructure, data security, and digital presence of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the corporate website and internal company portals.
* Monitor network performance and conduct routine network integrity checks.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* Perform routine inspections and physical maintenance of computer workstations across all company departments.
* Ensure reliable and secure daily data backups for the Accurate system and other critical corporate databases.
* Escalate severe IT infrastructure malfunctions to senior management immediately.
* Record, catalog, and label company assets, submitting accurate inventory reports to the Finance and Administration Department.
* Assist with additional tasks and operational directives assigned by management as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
