The company is establishing a state-of-the-art, $100 million production facility situated within the Kendal Special Economic Zone (KEK Kendal). Targeted to become fully operational by October 2025, this facility will manufacture high-demand household appliances, primarily refrigerators and washing machines, and is projected to generate roughly 2,000 jobs for local talent.

## Position Overview: Management Trainee (MT) – Quality Control
The Quality Control Management Trainee will play a vital role in upholding product excellence, overseeing inspection workflows, and enforcing rigorous quality standards across the assembly lines. This program is designed to develop future technical leaders within the home appliance manufacturing sector.
## Key Qualifications and Requirements
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant academic discipline.
* Experience: Open to ambitious fresh graduates. Candidates possessing prior experience in the electronics or washing machine manufacturing sector will receive preference.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating quality measurement tools and applying inspection techniques.
* Quality Standards: Strong understanding of standard quality assurance procedures for finished industrial goods.
* Personal Traits: High integrity, exceptional precision, detail-oriented mindset, and strong professional accountability.
* Health Condition: Physically and mentally fit, with normal color vision (no color blindness).
