## Exciting Job Opportunities at the Magelang Plant
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill multiple operator roles at our primary assembly facility. Local candidates residing in Magelang and the surrounding Central Java regions are highly encouraged to apply.
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a hands-on role in assembling the structural and mechanical components of our advanced electric commercial vehicles.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience working as a Vehicle Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing capacity.
* Industry Preference: Prior experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment is highly valued.
* Work Location: Based full-time at the Magelang Plant.
* Candidate Preference: Local residency in Magelang and nearby districts is highly preferred.
2. Logistics Operator
Our Logistics Operators ensure that the supply chain runs seamlessly, managing inventory and parts distribution to keep the assembly lines moving efficiently.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) or equivalent educational background.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a warehouse or logistics operator, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and data entry is a strong plus.
* Work Location: Based full-time at the Magelang Plant.
* Candidate Preference: Local residency in the Magelang area is highly preferred.
3. Technical Operator
Technical Operators focus on the complex wiring, integration, and electrical systems that power our heavy-duty commercial electric vehicles.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience working with electrical systems in heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, or passenger cars.
* Specialized Skills: Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex vehicle electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
* Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming software is considered an asset.
* Core Attributes: Highly proactive, agile, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
* Work Location: Based full-time at the Magelang Plant.
* Candidate Preference: Candidates living in Magelang and surrounding areas are preferred.
4. Quality Control Operator
The Quality Control team ensures that every electric vehicle rolling off our assembly line meets rigorous safety, performance, and durability standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) specializing in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Control Operator in a vehicle assembly or manufacturing environment.
* Industry Preference: Previous employment within the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
* Work Location: Based full-time at the Magelang Plant.
* Candidate Preference: Candidates residing in Magelang and neighboring regions are preferred.
