We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our production team at our Taman Tekno BSD facility in South Tangerang. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering precise, high-quality printing results for our clients.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) graduate; a background in Graphic Arts is highly preferred.
2. Professional Experience: Proven track record working as a Colour Matching Operator within the Flexography printing industry.
3. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of ink color mixing formulations and color management.
4. Work Ethics: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and demonstrate the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and within a collaborative team environment.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a positive, professional demeanor.
6. Availability: Must not be currently bound by any existing employment contracts or legal obligations to other organizations.
