1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations adhere to the highest industry standards for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
* Develop and manage certification programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting for all certification-related activities across relevant divisions.
* Oversee internal and external audits, as well as K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and environmental management inspections.
* Ensure the company remains fully compliant with updated regulations and internal policies.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and regional/head offices.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* Experience: At least 3 years as a Palm Oil Certification Manager, or 5 years as an ISPO Certification Assistant Manager (supported by official employment references).
* Certifications: Preference given to holders of ISPO Auditor Certificates (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020).
* Knowledge: Proficient in AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.
* Placement: Merauke, Papua.
2. Palm Oil Mill & Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) Supervisor
We are looking for an engineering expert to optimize our mill processes and ensure peak operational efficiency.
* Plan and implement strategies to monitor CPO Mill and KCP processing.
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of all operational activities.
* Lead investigations into mechanical or electrical malfunctions within the facility.
* Ensure strict implementation of Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISCC standards.
* Education: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the field.
* Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Preferred: Candidates with active certifications in Halal, ISO, HACCP, or ISCC.
* Placement: Head Office (South Jakarta), with willingness to travel to mill sites.
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)
This role requires a meticulous professional to manage financial strategies and operational efficiency for our processing facilities.
* Prepare comprehensive annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Evaluate monthly operational budgets and work plans.
* Conduct deep-dive cost analyses and develop strategies for cost-efficiency.
* Monitor and report on the periodic performance of mills and processing plants.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of SAP or other relevant ERP systems is mandatory.
* Experience: At least 5 years as a Head Office Engineering Staff or Mill Controller.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entire processing flow in CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative reporting.
* Placement: Jakarta.
