1. Welder
As a Welder at PT Total Prime Engineering, you will play a critical role in fabricating robust hydraulic components that meet our rigorous quality standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: Holding a valid 3G-6G welding certification is considered a strong advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Competencies: Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers, alongside the skill to interpret complex engineering drawings.
2. Assembly / Disassembly Technician
This role is essential for maintaining the flawless mechanical integrity of our heavy machinery and cylinder products during assembly and maintenance phases.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within the heavy equipment or cylinder manufacturing sector.
* Competencies: Familiarity with precision measurement tools like calipers and the capability to read technical drawings accurately.
3. Sales Support
Our sales operations thrive on organization and proactive communication. This position ensures smooth administrative workflows between our technical teams and esteemed clients.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general corporate administration.
* Software Proficiency: Highly competent in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
* Key Responsibilities: Expertise in drafting professional quotation letters and proposals.
* Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, dynamic, capable of agile learning, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills.
4. Inspector
Quality assurance is the backbone of our manufacturing process. The Inspector ensures that every pneumatic and hydraulic component leaving our facility is flawless.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing companies.
* Technical Skills: Capable of creating 2D and 3D technical drawings and proficient in using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Core Understanding: Strong proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and a solid foundational knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
The PPIC professional ensures seamless coordination from raw material procurement to final product delivery, keeping our projects on schedule.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated experience in a PPIC role.
* Key Responsibilities: Capable of scheduling and monitoring the entire manufacturing lifecycle, alongside planning and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
