As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring our high-quality standards are maintained across every project.
* Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering.
* Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proven experience as a cutting tool operator is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in operating Walter CNC Grinding machines is a primary requirement.
* Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measuring instruments.
* Demonstrated ability to strictly adhere to established standard operating procedures.
* Responsible for the routine maintenance of assigned machinery.
* Must be comfortable working in a shift-based system.

* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
