1. Engineering Department
Our engineering team ensures that all production machinery operates at peak efficiency, supporting seamless manufacturing workflows and environmental compliance.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in production machinery maintenance, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
* Technical Competencies: Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, alongside a solid understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations.
* Additional Advantages: Holding a valid WWTP certification and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be considered significant plus points.
* Key Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player.
* Work Arrangements: Must be willing to work in a shift system and be stationed at Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
2. Production Department

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Production).

* System Knowledge: Prior experience implementing SAP is an added advantage.

3. Human Resources and General Affairs (HR-GA) Department

* Technical Competencies: Experience with HRIS and payroll implementation, as well as handling waste management and pest control operations.
