## Job Vacancy: Production Operator
We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic manufacturing floor as Production Operators. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our production standards and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor textile machinery and equipment to maintain seamless production output.
* Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet the rigorous quality standards of the company.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
* Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational hurdles.
Candidate Qualifications
To ensure you thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Age Requirement: Between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 155 cm.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Production Operator; enthusiastic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities to ensure teamwork and clarity on the floor.
* Health Requirements: Must not be colorblind and must be free of tattoos.
