## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our future leaders are well-prepared for the challenges ahead, we look for individuals who demonstrate both academic excellence and a passion for our industry. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Status: Fresh graduates (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) who completed their studies within the last two years.
2. Geographic Priority: We hold a preference for candidates originating from universities in Eastern Indonesia, including but not limited to Makassar, Manado, Ternate, Ambon, and Papua.
3. Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
4. Process Engagement: Applicants must be willing to undergo and pass our multi-stage administrative and interview selection process.
