## 1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our Technology and Drone teams are at the forefront of digital transformation, ensuring precision in both field operations and web infrastructure.
Drone Team Section
* Operational Excellence: Execute drone flight missions for mapping, inspection, and site documentation.
* Maintenance: Regularly test, calibrate, and repair drone equipment to ensure peak performance.
* Data Accuracy: Process and analyze field data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Compliance: Adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations and project-specific guidelines.
Technology Development (Web & IoT)
* Web Development: Design and maintain secure, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional web applications.
* IoT Integration: Implement IoT solutions to enhance factory and plantation monitoring.
* Security Focus: Identify and mitigate security risks through continuous monitoring and regular performance testing.
* Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into our daily operations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields (IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Proficiency in JavaScript/Python, DBMS (SQL/NoSQL), ReactJS, and NodeJS.
* Knowledge of Machine Learning is a distinct advantage.
## 2. Factory Department
The Factory department is the heart of our production cycle, divided into six specialized divisions to ensure the highest quality output:
1. Mill & Boiler: Manages sugarcane milling and high-pressure steam generation.
2. Process House: Oversees juice purification, evaporation, and crystallization.
3. Electric & Instrument: Maintains the electrical supply and sensor/transmitter systems.
4. Engineering Service: Provides preventive and corrective maintenance for all production machinery.
5. Laboratory: Conducts rigorous analysis of material quality (Brix, Pol, etc.).
6. Factory Administration (FAS): Manages administrative workflows, personnel policy, and site discipline.
## 3. Plantation Management
Our Plantation department drives the core of our business, focusing on high-yield sugarcane cultivation. Key responsibilities include land preparation, planting, pest control, and efficient harvesting through mechanical and manual operations. We utilize advanced research—including Cane Breeding and Stillage distribution—to ensure soil health and plant vitality.
* Degrees in Agriculture, Forestry, Statistics, Biology, or relevant Engineering fields.
* Analytical thinkers with strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
## 4. Workshop & Mechanical Support
Our Workshop team ensures the readiness of our heavy machinery, including tractors, harvesters, excavators, and transport trailers.
* Diagnostics: Identify system failures and perform accurate repairs.
* Preventive Care: Execute routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
* Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to keep field equipment mission-ready.
## 5. Warehouse & Inventory
This department ensures the seamless movement of goods across four critical segments: Plantation supplies, Workshop spare parts, Factory components, and Civil materials. We also manage the Finish Good Warehouse (FGWH), which handles the secure storage, quality control, and distribution of GULAKU products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
