## Current Openings
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following strategic positions within our organization.
1. Junior Project Procurement
This role is essential for ensuring that our procurement processes align with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Exercise strict cost control measures across project phases.
* Calculate Quantity Variation Orders with high accuracy.
* Maintain a deep understanding of operational work methods.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within an Oil & Gas construction environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or Microsoft Project is mandatory.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), the Admin Marine will ensure our maritime assets remain fully compliant and operational.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor vessel certificates and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant authorities.
* Plan and coordinate surveys and inspections with classification societies, port authorities, and third-party vendors.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports regarding vessel certification status.
* Manage technical data, catalogs, and vessel blueprints.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar maritime role.
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to start immediately.
3. Purchasing Staff
Our purchasing team is the backbone of our operational supply chain, ensuring that we acquire high-quality materials at competitive prices.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Source, select, negotiate with, and assess potential suppliers.
* Conduct market analysis to ensure fair pricing and demand pooling.
* Clarify technical specifications with end-users to ensure procurement accuracy.
* Manage price comparisons, document filing, and end-to-end delivery monitoring.
* Supervise the arrival of goods to ensure they strictly conform to Purchase Orders (PO).
* Coordinate with expediters to streamline logistics.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in any major (Informatics background is an advantage).
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, specifically regarding spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchasing systems.
* Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining clear communication.
