## What is the STAR Program?

## Candidate Qualifications
Sreeya is looking for high-achieving individuals who are eager to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment. To be eligible for the 2027 intake, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be assigned to any of the company’s operating locations across Indonesia.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, rigorous problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal communication.
* Industry Passion: A clear interest in manufacturing processes, operational management, and the principles of continuous improvement.
