1. HRGA Officer
This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our workforce.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in HRGA or HR administration within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR administration (attendance, leave, BPJS), General Affairs (facility/vendor management), and familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
Join our supply chain team to ensure seamless production workflows.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, strong computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
3. Programmer Technician
Help us maintain our technological edge in the electronics sector.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science. Minimum 1 year of programming experience.
* Key Skills: Prior experience in PCBA manufacturing is highly preferred, alongside strong computing skills and a commitment to teamwork.
4. Senior Purchasing / Buyer Officer
Drive our cost-efficiency and supply chain strategies through expert negotiation.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of purchasing experience. Experience in electronic manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
* Key Skills: Expertise in ERP/SAP systems, market trend analysis, contract negotiation, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)

* Requirements: Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
* Key Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949. We value adaptable professionals with a strong work ethic.
6. SMT Supervisor

* Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) with 2 years of field experience in a manufacturing setting.

7. Sourcing Specialist
