## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our advanced cooling technologies and our commercial clients. This position requires a strategic thinker who can articulate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and deliver comprehensive technical presentations that effectively showcase our product capabilities and service offerings to diverse clientele.
* Drive the entire sales lifecycle—from generating premium leads and following up post-contact to negotiating terms, securing renewals, and coordinating seamless deliveries.
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal engineers to assess specific system requirements and equipment needs.
* Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets, quotas, and organizational growth objectives.
* Proactively identify market gaps, brainstorm strategic improvements, and present viable solutions directly to upper management.
* Capture market share by outperforming competitors and uncovering fresh business development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (degrees in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields are strongly preferred).
* Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Exhibit absolute fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal dynamics, stellar negotiation tactics, persuasive communication skills, and robust computer literacy.
## 2. Project Management Staff
Our Project Management Staff members are the operational masterminds behind our successful installations. In this role, you will oversee project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, budgeting, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop meticulous project plans, comprehensive schedules, and realistic budgets to keep operations on track.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, material procurement (both local and international sourcing), and installation timelines to guarantee target completion dates are met.
* Manage import operations comprehensively, including validating shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BL), import declarations (PIB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
* Stay up-to-date with current import policies, customs clearance protocols, regulatory logistics, post-border rules, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
* Perform accurate HS code classifications and navigate complex customs regulations efficiently.
* Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure all delivered materials strictly comply with quality and timeline standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical disciplines, Business Management, Economics, or a closely related field.
* Prior professional background within HVAC, cooling tower construction, or related industrial equipment industries is preferred (though high-achieving fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Demonstrate professional-level English proficiency (mandatory); the ability to communicate in Mandarin serves as an added bonus.
