## Role Overview
As a Store Manager for our fashion retail division, you will be the driving force behind our store’s operational excellence. You will be responsible for translating our brand vision into a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that our retail space remains a top-tier destination for our customers. This role demands a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
## Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will directly impact our business growth and brand reputation. Core duties include:
* Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day store operations to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels to prevent discrepancies, ensuring optimal product availability.
* Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professional conduct.
* Performance Evaluation: Conduct routine performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Customer Experience: Curate a welcoming store environment and handle customer inquiries or feedback with grace and professionalism to build lasting brand loyalty.
* Strategic Planning: Identify emerging consumer trends, implement innovative marketing initiatives, and analyze sales data to refine store strategies.
* Financial Oversight: Manage store budgets efficiently and provide accurate monthly performance reports to management.
* Event Management: Execute in-store promotions and events to attract new patrons while retaining our existing client base.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated leader who meets the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
2. Experience: At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership capacity within the fashion retail industry.
3. Operational Expertise: Proven ability to manage large teams and experience overseeing expansive selling areas (up to 800 sqm).
4. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making.
5. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and sharp analytical problem-solving abilities.
6. Market Awareness: A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current consumer behavior.
