Established in 1994, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) has solidified its reputation as a leading Foreign Investment (PMA) company specializing in sustainable palm oil cultivation. Headquartered in the Kembang Janggut District of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, our organization manages an impressive 32,000 hectares of cultivated plantation land. Our processing infrastructure currently includes three high-capacity palm oil mills, featuring two facilities capable of processing 80 tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour, complemented by a third facility with a 40-ton/hour capacity.
As we look toward the future, REAK is embarking on a significant phase of strategic expansion into the Kutai Timur and Kutai Barat regions. This growth trajectory aims to substantially increase our total plantation footprint over the next two to four years, supported by the construction of additional processing mills. Engineering and Technical Roles
* Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Mandor Power Plant: Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Electrician: Vocational High School (SMK/STM) in Electrical Engineering.
* Sr. Mechanic/Mechanic: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Heavy Equipment Engineering (Senior) or Vocational High School (SMK/STM) in Heavy Equipment (Junior).
* Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (SMK/STM) with 6G welding certification.
* Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (SMK/STM) in relevant technical fields.
