Role Overview: Production Helper
The Production Helper plays a vital role in our manufacturing success. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations while ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
* Execute daily production activities in alignment with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a primary focus on workplace safety and health protocols.
* Maintain the production line and surrounding workspace to ensure it remains safe, organized, clean, and efficient at all times.
Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

4. Availability: Must be willing to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule.
5. Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
