## Program Overview and Core Objectives
The Management Trainee Operations program is designed to cultivate future leaders who are passionate about the fast-paced Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. Over the course of a one-year intensive training period, participants will gain hands-on experience, learn operational excellence, and develop the strategic skills necessary to uphold the high standards of the Mie Gacoan brand.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for proactive, high-achieving individuals who are ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates (D4/S1) from Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English is considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Interest: A genuine passion for the evolving F&B sector.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, strong adaptability, and excellent organizational skills.
* Mindset: Proactive, goal-oriented, and possessing a strong internal drive for results.
## Commitment and Placement Details
Selected candidates must be prepared to commit to the following requirements throughout the training and placement process:
1. Training Location: Willingness to undergo the one-year training program in Malang and Surabaya.
2. National Deployment: Readiness to be placed in any of our operational branches across Indonesia following the completion of the program.
3. Selection Process: Availability to participate in the User selection process, which includes a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a committee interview. This will be conducted offline at our Head Office in Malang or online for candidates residing outside of Java.
