Production Specialist Operator
Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Production Specialist Operator, you will serve as a vital link on the manufacturing floor. Your day-to-day duties will require precision, accountability, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
* Machinery Operations: Operate, monitor, maintain, and sanitize production machinery meticulously in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Target Achievement: Ensure that daily production output targets are met while upholding the highest standards of product quality.
* Documentation & Reporting: Compile comprehensive daily logs covering production yields, raw material consumption, and any technical bottlenecks encountered during the shift.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, backed by a minimum of 2 years of hands-in experience as a production operator.
* Diploma III (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
