## Open Positions and Requirements

1. Automation Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
* Develop cost-effective methodologies for both new and existing production lines.
* Provide leadership for engineering teams, manage budgets, and oversee automation project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in industrial automation.
* Proven expertise in leadership and project management.
* Prior experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.

2. HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Maintain HRIS operations, including attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data processing.
* Generate comprehensive reports on employee data, attendance metrics, and other vital HR KPIs for management.
* Manage employment documentation and ensure compliance with mandatory government reporting.

Qualifications:

* Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Informatics, Management, Administration, or relevant fields.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides).
* Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.

3. Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Execute machine trials and oversee commissioning processes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Draft technical documentation and project reports.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and internal departments.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

4. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Ensure production targets are achieved while strictly adhering to quality standards.
* Manage team scheduling, task delegation, and workforce coordination.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
* Familiarity with GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets.
* Strong leadership, training, and delegation abilities.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal) and willing to work in 3-shift rotations.

5. Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

* Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery in compliance with SOPs.
* Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure daily production targets and quality requirements are met.
* Prepare detailed daily reports regarding output, raw material usage, and technical issues.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Basic understanding of GMP and occupational health and safety (K3) standards.

6. Instrumentation & Calibration Technician

Responsibilities:

* Perform measurements, verification, and precision adjustments on measuring instruments.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for sensors and control systems.
* Log data, testing results, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics with a concentration in Instrumentation.
* At least 1 year of experience in instrumentation and calibration is preferred.
* Must be willing to work in a 3-shift system.

7. Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

* Perform essential maintenance and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
* Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Document maintenance results, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Experience in a food industry maintenance role is highly desirable.
* Must be available for 3-shift rotation.
* Solid understanding of GMP and K3 protocols.
