## Career Opportunity: Operation Helper (Maintenance Function)
We are currently seeking dedicated and highly skilled professionals to join our Maintenance team. As an Operation Helper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our projects. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting operational reporting, and ensuring that all maintenance activities align with our stringent safety and performance standards.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, maximum 45 years of age.
* Educational Background:
* Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) in Technical fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Technical fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
* Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of pressure, temperature, flow rates, gas quality, and instrumentation including valves, meters, separators, and scrubbers.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.
* Professional Aptitude: Ability to manage shift handovers, maintain detailed operational reports, and adapt to a demanding shift-based oil and gas environment.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Gresik and Pasuruan areas are highly encouraged to apply.
