## Job Description and Core Responsibilities
As an Electrical Technician at PTC, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and safety of electrical systems within refinery environments. Your day-to-day duties will require precision, technical expertise, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
* System Commissioning and Maintenance: Execute commissioning, start-up procedures, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and comprehensive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems across refinery areas.
* Equipment Diagnostics: Conduct thorough functional and condition assessments on critical infrastructure, including motors, electrical panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), switchgear, transformers, cabling, lighting arrays, grounding systems, and general electrical hardware.
* Maintenance Execution: Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks strictly in alignment with assigned work orders, maintenance schedules, and established work instructions.
* Rapid Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues swiftly, accurately, and with absolute adherence to workplace safety standards.
* Abnormality Reporting: Perform regular facility checks, spot operational irregularities, and deliver actionable recommendations for corrective action directly to Supervisors and Engineers.
* Technical Documentation Literacy: Read, interpret, and apply Single Line Diagrams (SLD), complex wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and relevant engineering documentation.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Permit to Work systems, Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA), and mandatory Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations.
* Administrative Recordkeeping: Maintain meticulous logs and documentation regarding task completions, equipment anomalies, troubleshooting outcomes, and machinery status updates.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (Warga Negara Indonesia).
