Primary Responsibilities
* Maintenance & Service: Execute professional diagnostic testing, maintenance, recalibration, and hardware repair on sophisticated surveying and monitoring instruments.
* Client Technical Support: Deliver high-level technical assistance and post-implementation support to solve complex equipment challenges in the field or workshop.
* Documentation & Inventory Management: Maintain detailed logs of service histories, troubleshooting workflows, warranty claims, and spare parts inventory.
* Industry Trend Integration: Continuously upgrade technical skills to align with the latest advancements in geospatial and marine technology.
* Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, application engineers, and project management teams to ensure a seamless service experience for every client.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory Requirement).
* Professional Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years in diagnostic repair or electronics maintenance; ambitious and capable fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Technical Aptitude: Previous hands-on experience in troubleshooting surveying, marine electronics, or monitoring technologies is a distinct advantage.
