## Job Vacancy: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer to champion workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance at our plant in Mojokerto, East Java.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this vital role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a similar SHE or HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Mandatory Certifications: Hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certification (AK3 Umum).
* Training Competency: Have a documented history of attending SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) awareness training programs.
* System Implementation: Priority will be given to candidates who possess direct experience in setting up and implementing SMK3 frameworks in a workplace setting.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high levels of loyalty, professional accountability, and strong operational responsibility.
* Work Location: Willing to be based permanently at our production plant in Mojokerto.
