* Key Responsibilities: Manage sales targets, lead distributor business reviews, execute promotional strategies, and coach team members.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of experience as a Branch Head or Area Sales Manager in Paint, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors.
2. Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor
Focus on market penetration and brand visibility at the retail level.
* Key Responsibilities: Drive sales at key outlets, manage merchandising, conduct market intelligence on competitors, and provide training to frontline staff.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of supervisory experience in sales or promotion within relevant industries.
3. Color Matcher
Bring precision to our automotive division by ensuring perfect color reproduction.
* Key Responsibilities: Achieve >90% color accuracy, develop new automotive shades, handle technical customer queries, and manage outlet sales targets.
