## Role Overview: Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator at our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted production lines by maintaining machinery efficiency and minimizing downtime. This position requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, proactive maintenance execution, and accurate activity reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance plans to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational machine issues to maintain optimal output.
* Documentation: Prepare detailed daily and periodic reports regarding all maintenance activities and machine performance logs.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in a related industrial maintenance field.
* Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with semi-automation or full automation machinery, and strong machine troubleshooting abilities.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working effectively under pressure, meeting strict operational targets, and willing to work in a shift-rotation schedule.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates a positive attitude, high professional integrity, and strong collaboration skills as a team player.
