## Available Positions and Qualifications

1. Operational and Technical Support Roles
These positions are essential for the daily efficiency of our production line and logistics.
* Positions: Technical Support, Sales, Mechanic, Electrician, Quality Control, Floor Operator, Forklift Operator, Loader Operator, Security Personnel, Loading Crew, and Truck Driver.
* Education Requirements:
* Vocational (SMK): Construction, Woodworking, Property, Electrical/Electronics, Machinery, Welding, and Industrial Chemistry.
* General: High School (SMA) Science graduates or Vocational graduates (all majors); SMP graduates for specific labor roles.
* Mandatory Certifications: SIO (for Forklift/Loader), Gada Pratama (for Security), and SIM B1 (for Truck Drivers).
* Availability: Candidates must be prepared for shift work and, for certain roles, travel outside the city.
2. Administrative and Professional Staff
We are seeking specialized personnel to support our corporate and plant-level operations.
* Positions: Accounting & Finance, HR, IT, R&D, Clinical Nurse, QMS Inspector, Process Control, Sales, and EHS (K3L) Officers.
* Education Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degrees in Accounting, Taxation, Psychology, Law, IT, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Nursing, or Environmental Health.
* Certifications: Specific roles require Hiperkes (Nursing) or AK3 Umum (EHS) certifications.
3. Supervisory and Management Positions
We are looking for experienced leaders to guide our production and engineering teams.
* Positions: Utility Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Mechanic Supervisor, Engineering Foreman, and Production Foreman.
* Education Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience is required, with proven capability in managing teams of 10 or more personnel.
