## 1. Planner
As a Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production operations run seamlessly and hit critical delivery targets. You will act as the bridge between material availability and factory output.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
* Monitor daily production activities to maintain workflow consistency.
* Facilitate seamless coordination with cross-functional departments regarding production-related matters.
* Provide essential administrative support to the production team.
* Oversee material planning and factory scheduling to ensure all shipments meet target dates.
* Track and optimize material movement throughout the production lifecycle.
* Generate detailed reports and summaries on production metrics and operational performance.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or production control.
* Proven track record in production planning, with preference given to those with inventory or administrative backgrounds.
* Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and ERP systems.
* A self-motivated, innovative mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to manage our international trade documentation and logistics, ensuring that our high-quality solar products reach their global destinations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain professional communication with principals, terminals, port authorities, and logistics partners.
* Oversee the end-to-end administration and documentation for all import and export activities.
* Prepare precise shipping documentation, including CEISA, Import/Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Supervise the scheduling of import and export shipments to ensure strict adherence to timelines.
* Compile and submit accurate reports regarding the realization of export and import operations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Previous experience working within a shipping or logistics environment.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management and international trade protocols.
* Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
* Fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
