## Core Responsibilities of the Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
* Transaction Management: Maintaining comprehensive general ledgers, recording daily financial transactions, and managing accurate cash reports.
* Tax Compliance: Calculating, documenting, and filing corporate taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) while ensuring full compliance with current regulatory requirements.
* Audit Preparation: Organizing and verifying all financial documentation to facilitate smooth internal and external audit processes, as well as addressing audit findings with actionable improvements.
* Analysis and Budgeting: Providing actionable financial insights to management, assisting in budget planning, and monitoring budget realization to ensure effective cost control.
* Documentation: Implementing structured filing systems for financial records to ensure high accessibility and compliance.
* Operational Collaboration: Coordinating seamlessly with the Procurement, HR, and Finance departments to streamline transaction workflows.
* Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between company records and banking statements.
* Data Verification: Validating the accuracy of all financial instruments, including invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
## Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
