## Open Positions at PT Multi Daya Mitra
We are currently recruiting for two key technical roles to support our upcoming projects in November 2026. Both positions require a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to quality.
1. Electrical Technician (Field Technician)
The Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our clients' power systems through rigorous site surveys and precise maintenance protocols.
* Conducting detailed site surveys and equipment inspections.
* Executing comprehensive electrical testing and formal performance reporting.
* Ensuring the meticulous maintenance and calibration of technical tools.
* Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong proficiency in interpreting complex electrical schematics, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Proven technical expertise in the maintenance, installation, and repair of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels and Busbar systems.
* Candidates with an active K3 Listrik (Electrical Occupational Health and Safety) certification are highly preferred.
* Must be available to start in November 2026 and willing to work overtime based on project requirements.
2. Automation Technician (Field Technician)
Our Automation Technicians play a critical role in the lifecycle of our control system projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.
* Performing technical site audits and project planning.
* Overseeing full-cycle execution, including system programming, testing, and final commissioning.
* Managing project documentation and detailed progress reporting.
* Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of practical experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* Deep understanding of PLC architecture, SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation calibration.
* Capability to perform effective troubleshooting on motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
* Must be available to start in November 2026 and willing to work overtime as project schedules demand.
