## Current Openings
1. F&B Maintenance Technician
The F&B Maintenance Technician is the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will ensure that our outlets remain functional, safe, and welcoming by maintaining the integrity of our equipment and infrastructure.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Execute repairs on electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized F&B equipment.
* Conduct rapid troubleshooting to address technical malfunctions and emergency maintenance needs.
* Assist with the setup of outlet equipment and minor civil works as required.
* Analyze technical issues to provide long-term, sustainable solutions.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Maintenance Staff or Technician.
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Mobility is essential, as the role may require travel across multiple locations.
2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
As a Guest Relation Officer, you serve as the face of our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, positive, and memorable experience at our outlets.
* Greet guests with a professional, warm, and inviting demeanor.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, services, and upcoming events.
* Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Collect and document valuable customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
* Maintain high standards of service excellence in alignment with the Butter Baby brand identity.
* Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
