## The Management Trainee Program (Cadet/Assistant)
The Management Trainee Program is a rigorous, six-month intensive development initiative designed to transform graduates into future industry leaders. The curriculum balances theoretical plantation management with hands-on field experience.
Program Structure
* Field Mentorship: Trainees receive direct guidance and supervision from Senior Assistants and Managers.
* Performance Monitoring: Participants are continuously evaluated by the Training Personnel and Operational Teams through a series of formal exams and periodic presentations.
* Professional Commitment: Successful graduates of the program will enter a 2.5-year service contract, consisting of the initial 6-month training period followed by 18 months of professional service.
## Who We Are Looking For
We invite passionate, dedicated graduates who meet the following criteria to apply:
* Age: 24–27 years old.
* Education: D3, D4, or S1 degree holders from relevant disciplines.
Agronomy Stream:* Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
Engineering Stream:* Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Agricultural Product Technology.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Graduation Year: Open to those who graduated in 2023 or 2024.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid Type C driver’s license (SIM C).
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in various plantation locations across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or other operational regions as required.
