## About the Role: Logistic Staff
Positioned at the heart of our supply chain network, the Logistic Staff role is critical in ensuring seamless domestic and export operations. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex shipping schedules, maintaining meticulous documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this capacity, candidates will be entrusted with several essential supply chain duties:
* Schedule Management: Assist in formulating and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments while tracking progress alongside internal departments, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation Control: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions and Delivery Orders, alongside comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operational Monitoring: Oversee daily cargo readiness as well as loading and discharging operations, generate regular inventory and logistics reports, and assist with freight cost evaluations and invoice verifications.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dedicated candidates who align with our operational standards and possess the academic background and practical skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Transportation Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain; fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, data management, logistics reporting software, and shipping documentation protocols.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional coordination and communication abilities; fluency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
