## Role Overview: Management Trainee (Factory)
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop future leaders who are capable of driving business excellence. You will be immersed in the operational heart of our company, tasked with optimizing efficiency and fostering sustainable growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Execution: Align all daily operations with overarching company goals, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct comprehensive research and objective data analysis to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive informed decision-making.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for business optimization and implement continuous improvement strategies.
* Leadership and Development: Facilitate workshops and internal training sessions to upskill team members.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor, control, and evaluate factory performance, delivering regular reports and professional presentations to management.
* Accountability: Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard of quality.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on challenge and has a passion for business operations. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, though applicants with a background in Engineering are highly preferred.
2. Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a 4-year service agreement as part of the Management Trainee program.
3. Language Proficiency: Advanced verbal and written command of the English language.
4. Technical Skills:
* Proficient in creating and interpreting flowcharts.
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel/Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with modern IT systems and general business technology.
5. Soft Skills: Proven ability to learn quickly and perform effectively under pressure.
6. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
