## Position Overview: Logistics Operations Analyst
PT SC Johnson and Son Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Analyst, Logistics Operations to oversee finished goods distribution center activities. Stationed in Surabaya, this critical role involves managing a dedicated team of 6 SC Johnson employees and 7 contractors across a 2,200-pallet position storage facility utilizing non-warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will champion warehouse productivity, maintain a rigorous quality mindset, and uphold strict compliance audits while driving continuous process and cost improvements with safety as the absolute top priority.
## Core Responsibilities and Duties
The Logistics Operations Analyst will handle a diverse portfolio of daily supply chain and warehouse management tasks to ensure seamless business execution. Key responsibilities include:
* Daily Distribution Management: Supervise daily domestic deliveries to customers and coordinate finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning to achieve monthly sales targets flawlessly.
* Performance Analytics: Conduct in-depth warehouse operation performance analyses covering costs and productivity, while formulating root cause analyses alongside corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Financial and Cost Management: Act as a co-owner of cost management, actively driving cost-saving initiatives in transportation and warehousing.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure absolute adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Process Optimization: Oversee core warehouse processes, including periodic cycle counting, slow-moving inventory management, throughput productivity, and SAP-driven finished goods movement.
* Team Leadership: Foster continuous improvement, develop supplier relationships, and build team capabilities through targeted leadership programs aligned with regional standards.
## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
