## Seeking Skilled Professionals for the Junior Operator Role
We are currently expanding our expert team and are searching for qualified, high-performing individuals to join our mission as a Junior Operator. This position is vital to the seamless and secure operation of our state-of-the-art gas-fired facility.
Core Responsibilities
The Junior Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the Combined Cycle Power (CCP) station. You will work under the direct supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, ensuring all systems function within our strict operational guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with CCP operations, water chemistry, and basic mechanical/electrical schematics is highly preferred.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret logic diagrams, P&ID drawings, and industry-standard generation plant terminology.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough approach to problem-solving.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential for internal collaboration.
* Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
