1. Production Administrator (Admin Produksi)
As a Production Administrator, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our daily manufacturing activities. Your precision and coordination will ensure that our production data remains accurate and workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input comprehensive daily production reports accurately into the company system.
* Conduct regular physical stock opnames to reconcile inventory levels.
* Collaborate closely with the Production Foreman, department heads, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements:
* Open to male and female applicants.
* Minimum education level of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
* At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience working as an administrative staff member, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a firm, assertive personality.
* Preferred: Prior working knowledge and operational understanding of SAP software.
2. Maintenance Technician (Teknisi / Maintenance Shift)
Our Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of our facility. You will work closely with the engineering team to maintain production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Engineering Foreman with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
* Perform high-quality welding operations utilizing GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) and/or SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) methods.
* Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery, facility utilities, and buildings.
Candidate Requirements:
* Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR a Diploma (D3) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
* Educational major must be in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Demonstrated proficiency in both GTAW and SMAW welding techniques.
* Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring systems.
* Familiarity with operating and maintaining workshop machine tools.
