As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator to join our production team and help maintain the rigorous standards that define our brand.
## Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a deep understanding of manufacturing environments and compliance standards. We are looking for an individual who can lead with integrity and technical expertise to ensure our production processes remain seamless and safe.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Industry Background: Proven track record within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and operational familiarity with production machinery, specifically plastic manufacturing equipment.
Core Competencies
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), the Halal Assurance System (SJH), ISO standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Leadership: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience as a Coordinator or Team Leader within manufacturing or production operations.
* Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in both shift-based and non-shift environments.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Sidoarjo area.
