As a cornerstone of industrial development in West Kalimantan, the company operates a state-of-the-art Chemical Grade Alumina (CGA) plant in Tayan, Sanggau Regency. This facility processes 1.7 million tons of bauxite ore annually to produce 300,000 tons of high-quality CGA, serving both domestic demand and international markets in Japan.

## Available Positions for 2024
1. Management Trainee (Production)
The Management Trainee Program is a prestigious, comprehensive development track designed to groom top-tier graduates for future leadership roles within the company.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Priority is given to candidates residing in West Kalimantan who are fully prepared to be stationed in Tayan.
2. Quality Control Supervisor
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of production and ensuring that all output meets global quality benchmarks.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Quality Control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
* In-depth knowledge of basic analytical principles, data processing methods, and laboratory instrumentation maintenance.
* Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management systems.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.
* Willingness to work on-site in Tayan, Sanggau, West Kalimantan.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a technical expert to oversee the integrity and performance of our electrical infrastructure, from design to daily operations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (High Voltage/Current) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
* Proven experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
* Ability to create cost budgets for electrification systems.
* Expertise in designing and troubleshooting 3-phase motor starters (DOL, INV, Star-Delta, Soft-starter) and electric power feeders (LV/MV) including protection systems.
* Proficiency in ETAP software.
* Certified Electrician status is highly preferred.
* Deep knowledge of electrical OHS (K3) standards, relay protection coordination, and component maintenance.
* Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to be stationed in Tayan, Sanggau, West Kalimantan.
