## Position Overview: Cashier Role
As a Cashier at PT Indolakto, you will act as a vital link between sales operations, warehouse logistics, and the central finance department. ## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

## Key Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with diverse financial and administrative duties to support seamless business operations:
* Financial Transaction Management: Oversee daily cash collections, manage safe deposits, and supervise petty cash disbursement and reconciliation.
* Document Processing: Accurately process sales invoices, billing documents, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and all associated financial paperwork.
* Data Administration: Execute precise data entry tasks and generate comprehensive administrative reports for management review.
* Record Keeping: Maintain systematic, secure, and up-to-date physical and digital financial and invoice archives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate fluidly with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline order-to-cash workflows.
