## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our supply chain operations. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth product flow, and upholding the high standards of operational excellence that define the Indofood brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Receiving: Manage the intake of products, ensuring that all incoming shipments strictly align with purchase orders and quality standards.
* Storage Optimization: Organize product storage according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies to maximize inventory health.
* Accuracy Control: Perform continuous monitoring of stock conditions and maintain precise records of all product movements to ensure data synchronization between physical inventory and administrative systems.
* Auditing: Conduct regular stock opname procedures to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive warehouse operational reports on a scheduled basis.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational precision. We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least one year of relevant warehouse experience are preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Must be communicative, highly meticulous, and well-organized, with the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team member.
* Operational Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Serang area are highly preferred.
