## Position Overview: Utility Operator
PT. Hyun Jin Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Utility Operator to join the team at their manufacturing facility located in Karawang, West Java. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless facility operations, ensuring that all production support systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Utility Operator, your daily routines will directly impact manufacturing productivity. Your core duties will include:
* Facility Operation & Maintenance: Efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain essential utility facilities, encompassing Air Conditioning systems, Compressors, Chillers, and Water Treatment Systems.
* Operational Documentation: Record and maintain accurate daily operational logs to track system performance over time.
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance protocols designed to optimize equipment lifespan and minimize unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Rapidly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the utility systems.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure every task strictly adheres to the company’s internal safety policies, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations.
* Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
