## Career Opportunity: Field Sales (Modern Trade/Industrial)
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage and grow our relationships within the Modern Trade and Industrial sectors. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and a drive for sales, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with both prospective and existing clients in Modern Trade or industrial settings.
* Product Advocacy: Deliver compelling product presentations and educate clients on the unique benefits and applications of the Jay’s Kitchen range.
* Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales quotas.
* Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing monitoring of sales trends and perform detailed data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing sales performance and daily field activities.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA).
* Experience: At least one year of professional sales experience, specifically within the Modern Trade or Industrial sectors.
* Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of food products; prior experience with spices and seasonings is highly advantageous.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and networking abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to visit customers across the Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Pasuruan regions.
