1. SPV Store Project & Development
* Location: Semarang
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee retail store development, manage renovation projects, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and implement store layouts that align with visual merchandising and brand aesthetics. Manage budgets, timelines, and project evaluations while ensuring smooth fieldwork operations.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in Store Development, Retail Projects, Renovations, or Interior Projects.
* Strong understanding of renovation processes, material requirements, and blueprint execution.
* Exceptional project management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Target-driven with a solid grasp of budgeting and scheduling.
* Prior experience in team training or coaching is considered a strong advantage.
