We are inviting highly motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
1. Warehouse Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage our inventory systems effectively.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
* Possession of an active SIO certification and proficiency in operating reach trucks or forklifts.
* High physical endurance, specifically the ability to work in cold storage environments with no cold-related allergies.
* Flexibility to work in a 3-shift rotation system.
* Willingness to be stationed in Karawang Barat and readiness to join immediately.
2. Maintenance Operator
If you have a passion for machinery and technical troubleshooting, this role is for you.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Electronics Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting within a food or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
* Deep understanding of control system programming, including PLC, SCADA, servo motors, control instrumentation, and low-current systems.
* Commitment to a 3-shift work schedule.
* Availability to work in Karawang Barat with immediate start availability.
3. Team Leader – Warehouse RMPM
We are seeking a strong leader to oversee the efficiency of our raw material and packaging material operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and manage warehouse personnel across all three shifts to ensure maximum productivity.
* Coordinate daily workflows, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.
* Maintain 100% stock accuracy through precise utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Enforce strict FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO methodologies to minimize waste and material expiration.
* Ensure full compliance with GMP, food safety regulations, and equipment handling safety standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Leader, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
* Comprehensive knowledge of WMS and inventory management principles.
* Possession of an active Forklift SIO is considered a significant advantage.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Must be willing to work in a shifting environment and be based in Karawang Barat.
